All MDEX Attendees and Exhibitors must register through XPONENTIAL, which handles all badge and hotel reservations for the co-located event.  The cost to attend is below.  If you attended MDEX 2025, you will have already received a separate email with a code to register for free.  

Steps to Register:

1. Go to xponential.org/attendee_registration.cfm
2. Click “Register Now”
3. Skip the Login section, and fill out the I do not have an AUVSI Customer Account section.
4. Enter your information and click “Begin”
5. If needed, book your hotel during this process. To book rooms for multiple attendees, please email XPONENTIAL@showcare.com for instructions.
6. At the Company Linking section, Leave this blank and hit “Next”.
7. At the Promo Code section:
   1. Returning 2025 attendee: enter code you were emailed. If you attended and did not get code, email: Misty@ndia-mich.org and she will check database and send to you.
   2. New Attendee: enter: XPONEW26MDEX, it will identify you as MDEX, it will also give you 25% off VIP pass if you want that as well.
