This year’s pricing reflects several required changes under our co-located partner agreement with XPONENTIAL. Costs include union labor requirements at Huntington Place, increased AV and venue services, and fees owed to XPONENTIAL for each booth space. Exhibitors gain a significantly larger audience—from 3,200 to an expected 11,000 attendees—providing triple the exposure and a far stronger return on investment.
XPONENTIAL selects a different host city each year. For 2026, they chose Detroit, Michigan, and invited MDEX to co-locate due to the region’s strength in advanced mobility, defense manufacturing, and autonomy. Detroit’s location also makes it easier for many Army, industry, and academic stakeholders to attend both events in a single venue.
Yes. All MDEX exhibitors receive full access to MDEX spaces, programming, and networking while also gaining access to XPONENTIAL’s exhibit hall and cross-event traffic.
Because XPONENTIAL manages all badges, credentials, and hotel blocks, an AUVSI account is required to issue your badge and connect you to the correct registration category.
If you select optional classes or training sessions, the system may show a fee. Simply uncheck any optional items and reapply the promo code XPO26MDEX—your XPO Hall pass should show as free.
